Lee’s Mom-Mom’s Beef BBQ

2 pounds of Gauker Farms ground beef

1/2 an onion, chopped

1 t. vinegar

1 T. mustard

2 T. brown sugar

1/2 c. ketchup

1 t. celery salt

1/4 t. salt

1/8 t. black pepper

6 potato rolls

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain if needed. Return ground beef to pan. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve on potato rolls.
